Tasting notes:

Honeycomb and honeydew melon with white tea and apricot. A spun sugar and citrus crème sneaks into the background. Swirling brings up white tea, white peach and lychee and very light white toast. The palate is powerfully structured, with a fine but present streak of tannin down the center of the palate, almost like an I beam that the wine is built off of. Bright and engaging with sweet citrus and stone fruits. This is built to age and will certainly reward patience.
